For aged and disability care, we also provide Enteral Feeding and Management course to equip support workers are assisting patron’s reliant on Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding. Patron’sPatron’s reliance on Nasogasric feeding has more complex health issues requiring high-intensity support. For example, patrons with severe epilepsy, severe dysphagia, complex physical disability, inability to feed themselves, or difficulty communicating need enteral feeding.
Participants will get to work hands-on with a range of feeding equipment to improve their practical skills.
A Certificate of Achievement from ED Partners, Australia disability services providers, will be awarded upon completion.
