We at Empowering Disability Partners help you implement your disability support services in Australia, giving you the choice and control to live life as you want to.

NDIS Support Purpose

The NDIS provides funds to participants to help them purchase a variety of support-related services that helps them improve their independence, inclusion in the community as well as social and economic participation.

The disability care services are chosen and paid for by the individual participants. The NDIS support system for participants is based on three categories: Core, Capital, and Capacity Building.

Outcome Domains

One of the core focuses of the NDIS outcomes framework is the fulfilment of the goals of the participants, and the complete performance of the scheme.

The framework consists of eight outcome domains. The purpose of these domains is to provide assistance for people with disabilities to factor in goals from different areas of life. It also assists planners in exploring the areas where support already exists and the areas where there is a need for an increase in support.

NDIS Support Categories

The NDIA price guide is split into 15 categories. This aligns these categories with the funded supports as well as the NDIS Outcome Framework.

To help better understand this we have broken down the 15 support categories, listed in the table below:
